Service 07
AI Chatbot Development
Chatbots and AI assistants that answer from your own approved content, hand over to a person when they should, and keep API keys and data on the server where they belong.
The problem we solve
Teams answer the same questions every day, and the answers live in documents, policies and course material. A chatbot can take the routine questions, but only if it answers from the right sources, admits when it does not know, and is tested before it talks to customers.

FAQ
Common questions
Will the chatbot make things up?
We ground answers in your approved content and test against a written evaluation set. No model is error-free, so we design fallbacks and a route to a person.
Where are API keys stored?
On the server, never in the browser. The chatbot interface calls your backend, which holds the keys and enforces limits.
Can it collect enquiries?
Yes, with clear consent and a privacy notice that you approve. We collect only the details the enquiry needs.
